Payment Methods and Booking Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit card ( 3 % surcharge): Please forward your credit card number and expiration date. Once the payment is processed, we will email you the corresponding bank slip.
- Bank transfer payment: we will provide the company bank account details on request
- PayPal: money request system( 5 % surcharge), payable by account balance or any credit card: we will provide our Paypal details on request.
Deposits
- Internships and Adventure Packages: minimum 50% upon booking, Full balance payable prior to internship commencement
- Courses and Day trips: minimum 50% upon booking, Full balance payable no later than the start of the trip/course.
Internship Cancellation policy
- 60days or more prior to the agreed start date : Deposit refunded (minus bank charges)
- less than 60 days: no refund but you can postpone your start date to a date of your choice.
- Less than 7 days before the agreed internship start date: No refunds
Courses and Day Trips Cancellation
- Until the day prior the start of the activity : deposit refunded (minus bank charges)
- On the start date : no refund. This includes no-show situations.
